AGM Sioux ultra long range infrared illuminators offer enhanced image viewing options for night vision devices and are perfect for working with little or no surrounding light. The illuminator has adjustable field of view and power output, expanding the night vision capabilities of the device. One of the most powerful infrared illuminators on the market is the AGM Sioux, which is supplied with a 18650 battery and a battery rechargeable power pack. The Sioux range includes the 850 nm Sioux 850 with a peak frequency and the 940 nm Sioux 940 with a peak frequency. The 850 nm wavelength is typical for the majority of night vision tasks. The 850 nm light source generates weak red glow at a direct exposure, but other than that, it is not seen by the eye.
